1 ) 一些簡(jiǎn)單梳理:亞瑟王傳說(shuō)的梗概與流變
好消息:這版Excalibur對(duì)于亞瑟王傳說(shuō)基本上沒(méi)有魔改;
壞消息:基督味兒太沖了。
最近大致地讀了一下亞瑟王傳說(shuō)的梗概,就以這部電影為軸來(lái)做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的梳理。
電影以Uther與Cornwall的一場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)斗開(kāi)始,并在宴會(huì)上看中了人家的老婆Igrayen(影片并沒(méi)有選擇另一版本的“正義處決叛亂的公爵并迎娶了他的寡婦”那樣對(duì)尤瑟的形象進(jìn)行美化)。此處的Cornwall應(yīng)該就是康沃爾親王丁塔爾吉公爵,電影中直接以“康沃爾”(地名)來(lái)稱呼丁塔爾吉。
尤瑟登上王位是兄終弟及,登基前夜梅林就已經(jīng)讓他看見(jiàn)了“龍”,因此尤瑟也有一個(gè)稱號(hào)是“龍頭王”。年輕風(fēng)光的尤瑟王在傍晚坐在懸崖上的巨石邊,在老朋友梅林的吟唱下入眠,醒來(lái)時(shí)巨龍已被喚醒,魯莽又熱血的尤瑟以夢(mèng)為馬(劃掉)靠著對(duì)美女的欲望踏著龍息直入公爵城堡,在特定歷史文化背景下性愛(ài)與情欲才能被表現(xiàn)得如此直白大方。
此時(shí)Arthur同母異父的姐姐Morgana已經(jīng)出生,且和抱著孩子匆匆溜的梅林一眼萬(wàn)年(不是)。電影對(duì)于梅林帶走亞瑟作出了一種解釋,大概他在看到尤瑟為欲望不惜代價(jià)請(qǐng)求自己用魔法幫助他時(shí)就預(yù)見(jiàn)了尤瑟的隕落,“now no one trusts you”,因此亟需培育下一個(gè)國(guó)王()
尤瑟在追趕梅林時(shí)遇襲殞命,一般傳說(shuō)中認(rèn)為尤瑟是病死的,且尤瑟此時(shí)并沒(méi)有低配版湖中劍,他的遺言是“希望亞瑟以光明正大的方式繼承王位”,于是梅林空降了一柄只有亞瑟能拔出的石中劍,名為“Caliburnus”,后來(lái)此劍因亞瑟違背“騎士精神”而斷裂,梅林再度為他尋得的才是被稱為“Excalibur”的湖中劍。
亞瑟被梅林帶走后交由騎士Ector撫養(yǎng),并成為了Ector之子Kay的侍從。電影中最先支持亞瑟稱王的Lord Leondegrance of Cameliard,在15世紀(jì)英格蘭作家托馬斯·馬洛禮的《亞瑟王之死》中是一位蘇格蘭國(guó)王,因感激亞瑟幫他抵御外敵入侵,將女兒Guinevere嫁給亞瑟,順帶還送給了亞瑟一張圓桌。
亞瑟王傳說(shuō)的最早來(lái)源是830年左右成書(shū)的《不列顛史》,1136左右“蒙茅斯的杰佛里”創(chuàng)作的拉丁文編年史小說(shuō)《不列顛諸王記》在歐洲掀起一陣亞瑟王文學(xué)熱,但諸如仙女摩根(Morgana莫甘娜)、圓桌騎士與圣杯、奧克尼的路特王(King Lot of Orkney)等都是后來(lái)十二世紀(jì)法國(guó)與威爾士作家的手筆。在這里想說(shuō)的其實(shí)是,在傳說(shuō)中亞瑟王同母異父的姐姐莫甘娜原本是路特王的妻子(當(dāng)然也有說(shuō)法是Uriens的,就是影片中最先反對(duì)亞瑟稱王但后來(lái)加入圓桌騎士的那位),路特王起兵叛亂但被鎮(zhèn)壓,因此派妻子莫甘娜前去求和,莫甘娜趁機(jī)誘惑了亞瑟并生下了Mordred。
扯回來(lái)。這位梅林爺爺好可愛(ài)!(可愛(ài)到我想全文摘錄他語(yǔ)重心長(zhǎng)喋喋不休揶揄亞瑟怎么能愛(ài)上桂妮薇兒的語(yǔ)錄:
“I once stood exposed to the Dragon’s breath so a man could lie one night with a woman. It took me nine moons to recover and all for this lunacy called love, this mad distemper that strikes down both beggar and king. Never again! Never!”
“...and a beloved friend who will betray you...You are not listening! Your heart is not! Love is deaf as well as blind. You have a land to quell before you can start all this hair pulling and jumping about!”(我們的梅林大法師絕對(duì)嘟嘴了
“...looking at the cake is like looking at the future. Until you have tasted it, what do you really know? And then, of course, it is too late...”(亞瑟:咬蛋糕)“...too late...”
所以爺爺對(duì)所謂“愛(ài)情”看得如此通透,不安排點(diǎn)薇薇安的劇情嗎()
電影中蘭斯洛特自稱前來(lái)尋找一位值得效忠的國(guó)王,亞瑟在與他的長(zhǎng)矛比試中落於下風(fēng),于是上了頭,拿出Excalibur砍翻了Lancelot。在后來(lái)流傳的故事中,亞瑟王是在與佩林諾王(King Pellinore)的長(zhǎng)槍比試中落敗而違背騎士精神使用石中劍,導(dǎo)致神劍碎裂。這位佩林諾王在日后平定奧克尼的路特王的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中與亞瑟并肩作戰(zhàn),而他的兒子正是尋找圣杯的Percivale(珀西瓦爾),在電影中投靠蘭斯洛特一路跑到了卡梅洛特的小伙子。
在與蘭斯洛特會(huì)面前,亞瑟看到梅林在河里捉魚(yú)。這倒是有點(diǎn)老德魯伊瘋瘋癲癲的樣子了。9世紀(jì)成書(shū)的《不列顛史》中有一位威爾士宮廷中因?yàn)閼?zhàn)爭(zhēng)的打擊而失意選擇隱居山林的“米爾蒂恩”,或許是梅林的來(lái)源之一。梅林最初在威爾士民間傳說(shuō)中是因?yàn)榭謶謶?zhàn)爭(zhēng)而精神失常的德魯伊兼吟游詩(shī)人,中世紀(jì)威爾士人民為了紀(jì)念他,編撰了一部名為《叢林里的瘋子》的故事集。
Lancelot與Guinevere的愛(ài)情是由十二世紀(jì)的法國(guó)詩(shī)人克雷蒂安·德·特魯瓦 (Chrétien de Troyes)創(chuàng)作出來(lái)的,蘭斯洛特并非最初亞瑟王傳說(shuō)中的人物,但也許來(lái)源于凱爾特神話。特魯瓦的長(zhǎng)詩(shī)《馬車騎士》是根據(jù)熱衷于宮廷愛(ài)情故事的瑪麗·德·香檳 (Marie de Champagne)的指示完成的,描述了蘭斯洛特的成長(zhǎng)史。蘭斯洛特的父親班恩,也在抵御路特王時(shí)與亞瑟王同陣營(yíng);蘭斯洛特出生后便被湖中仙女薇薇安帶走,交給其叔叔撫養(yǎng),因此也被成為“湖邊騎士”。
蘭斯洛特加入圓桌騎士后,電影簡(jiǎn)短地以一次戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的結(jié)果展示了亞瑟王領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的騎士們抵抗盎格魯-撒克遜人入侵的事跡,主要出現(xiàn)了Lancelot、Lot(加入亞瑟王麾下的路特王?)、Uriens和Gawaine。
“少女的騎士加韋(Gawaine)”也值得一講(也譯作高文),在十二世紀(jì)成書(shū)的《不列顛諸王記》中,加韋的父親正是曾起兵反叛的路特王(King Lot),而這位路特王娶的是亞瑟同母異父的姐姐安娜,似乎又與莫甘娜無(wú)關(guān)了(但總之他是亞瑟的姐夫)。從十二世紀(jì)開(kāi)始,以特魯瓦為首的法國(guó)作家對(duì)加韋的形象就有所丑化,但在威爾士的傳說(shuō)中,加韋的地位完全取代了蘭斯洛特。在愛(ài)爾蘭神話中,加韋的父親被認(rèn)為類似于庫(kù)丘林的生父——太陽(yáng)神盧格(Lugh),他的力量也會(huì)隨太陽(yáng)的強(qiáng)弱而增減。
電影中,在亞瑟王與桂妮薇兒的婚禮上,梅林再度遇到了莫甘娜。這里莫甘娜請(qǐng)求梅林教給自己魔法,并最終用學(xué)來(lái)的法術(shù)將梅林困住,應(yīng)當(dāng)是取自某一版本的故事中,梅林愛(ài)上了女獵人薇薇安并將之引薦入亞瑟的宮廷,而薇薇安厭惡梅林的追求,欺騙梅林學(xué)到了他所有的魔法并將之困在了古墓里。
這里必須一提仙女摩根(莫甘娜)與其他一些角色的流變。在較早的亞瑟王傳說(shuō)中(如《不列顛諸王記》)摩根是“彼世”阿瓦隆島上的仙女,精通變形術(shù)與醫(yī)術(shù),因此行醫(yī)濟(jì)世,且在最后試圖為垂死的亞瑟王療傷,并最終和其他仙女一起將之帶往阿瓦隆島。從十二世紀(jì)開(kāi)始,法國(guó)文學(xué)作品中摩根漸漸演變?yōu)榉磁山巧?,“亞瑟同母異父的姐姐”這一身份大概也是這時(shí)加入的,這樣帶有濃厚凱爾特“異教”氣息的角色注定無(wú)法在基督教徒的作品中正派。
蘭斯洛特的加入將圓桌騎士與亞瑟王朝推向巔峰,也為亞瑟王的傳奇帶來(lái)終結(jié)。蘭斯洛特與桂妮薇兒的私通,莫甘娜與亞瑟的亂倫,最終讓尋找圣杯成為了唯一的救贖。梅林也在這時(shí)離開(kāi)了亞瑟,表示這個(gè)世界還有許多我要探索。
實(shí)際上梅林神秘失蹤的時(shí)間要早一些,在亞瑟獲得湖中劍、蘭斯洛特加入之初,這位老德魯伊就已經(jīng)退隱了。實(shí)際上圓桌騎士尋找圣杯也不是為了“救贖”,而是對(duì)于冒險(xiǎn)與真理的渴望(圓桌騎士與圣杯在我個(gè)人看來(lái)已經(jīng)完完全全是基督傳教式的宣揚(yáng)了,對(duì)于了解古不列顛亞瑟王的傳說(shuō)并沒(méi)有多少幫助)。在中世紀(jì)傳說(shuō)中,貌似唯獨(dú)亞瑟王沒(méi)有加入尋找圣杯的行列,但他大概很樂(lè)意在圓桌旁聽(tīng)取騎士們找尋途中的逸聞趣事。最終找到圣杯的不是電影中的帕西瓦爾,是蘭斯洛特的兒子加拉哈德(其母也正是因?yàn)檠瞿教m斯洛特而變成桂妮薇兒的模樣與之同床共枕),蘭斯洛特因?yàn)榕c王后通奸而在圣杯的光芒中暈厥(那當(dāng)然是基督說(shuō)了算)。圣杯中的紅色液體據(jù)說(shuō)是耶穌之血。
在奔赴最終決戰(zhàn)——卡姆蘭河谷戰(zhàn)役前,亞瑟表示愿意原諒桂妮薇兒,請(qǐng)她繼續(xù)做自己的王后。此時(shí)王后(出于基督教義的要求)已在修道院懺悔許久,而遠(yuǎn)走法國(guó)的蘭斯洛特在收到曾經(jīng)的摯友加韋騎士的請(qǐng)求后,率軍趕赴卡姆蘭河谷援助亞瑟王,戰(zhàn)后與桂妮薇兒僅僅有過(guò)短暫的會(huì)面,便各自在修道院終老。
剛剛恢復(fù)的亞瑟王在傍晚坐在懸崖上的巨石邊,終于又想起了自己的老朋友梅林,和多年前色欲熏心的年輕尤瑟王一樣需要他。沒(méi)有人知道梅林最后的結(jié)局,流傳的故事中認(rèn)為他被薇薇安設(shè)計(jì)殺死,或是被困在某處無(wú)法脫身,這部Excalibur同樣沒(méi)有給出答案,他和最初那個(gè)威爾士宮廷中受了驚嚇逃進(jìn)深山老林的瘋癲德魯伊一般不知所終。
最終,垂死的亞瑟王命帕西瓦爾將湖中劍交還湖中仙女薇薇安,在凱爾特神話中接受這個(gè)任務(wù)的是獨(dú)臂騎士貝狄威爾,他與亞瑟王自幼一同長(zhǎng)大的異父異母的兄弟Kay、少女的騎士加韋一樣是最早追隨Arthur的騎士,也是最后幸存的圓桌騎士,他將Excalibur扔回湖中,將亞瑟王扶上仙女們前來(lái)接引他前往阿瓦隆的小船(其中本該有精通醫(yī)術(shù)的莫甘娜),最后在修道院與世長(zhǎng)辭。
沒(méi)有魔改,忠于原著(也許并沒(méi)有這個(gè)東西),將愛(ài)與罪、罪與罰、希望與救贖忠實(shí)地展現(xiàn),是我很喜歡這一版的地方。亞瑟王從古老的凱爾特傳說(shuō)中走出,最后和庫(kù)丘林一樣都成為了基督教的傳教士。圓桌騎士與圣杯是一個(gè)很棒的故事,不過(guò)感謝基督,我們大概永遠(yuǎn)無(wú)從得知這些故事與神話的原貌。
2 ) 眾神謝幕、人王登場(chǎng)
付完費(fèi)才發(fā)現(xiàn),該片拍于1981年,出于對(duì)中世紀(jì)由來(lái)已久的熱愛(ài),津津有味地看完,驀然發(fā)覺(jué)亞瑟王和梅林的傳說(shuō),就像魔戒,都發(fā)生在眾神謝幕人王登場(chǎng)之際,只不過(guò),魔戒中尚能看到上古的不同神族,在幫助人類消滅魔都之后,才翩然而去,而到了亞瑟王時(shí),世間僅有巫師蹤影,眾神已成傳說(shuō)。
忽而又覺(jué)得,亞瑟王和他的圓桌騎士們對(duì)于忠誠(chéng)、職責(zé)、諾言、信念的篤信和堅(jiān)持,就像春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期的墨家、荊坷、專諸、聶政、要離等豪俠義士,他們可以一諾千金、生死相托、輕身踐諾、舍生取義,他們沒(méi)有妥協(xié)、圓滑、曖昧和權(quán)衡,他們就是魯迅先生口中的“拼命硬干的人”、“舍生求法的人”,“就是中國(guó)的脊梁”和靈魂。
3 ) 這片子應(yīng)該按魔戒那標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拍一下,否則配樂(lè)真有點(diǎn)糟踐了。
又一部因《頭號(hào)玩家》而找來(lái)看的片子,氣質(zhì)很獨(dú)特。
灰狼這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)評(píng)真的超級(jí)貼切“即詩(shī)意又滑稽,即恢弘又簡(jiǎn)陋,既完整又跳躍,既厚重又廉價(jià),這個(gè)電影似乎不容易歸類,似乎是有舞臺(tái)史詩(shī)劇的傾向,然而又不是很在意華麗的后景,但瓦格納的音樂(lè)很配。”
場(chǎng)景切換很有舞臺(tái)劇的感覺(jué),場(chǎng)景設(shè)計(jì)什么的也是,很有點(diǎn)游離感,有種看皮影或者布袋木偶之類的感覺(jué),不像一般電影那樣身臨其境。就特別適合當(dāng)童話故事看,挺適合小朋友。
梅林太可愛(ài)了,那真叫一個(gè)出口成章 “...looking at the cake is like looking at the future. Until you have tasted it, what do you really know? And then, of course, it is too late...”(亞瑟:咬蛋糕)“...too late...”哈哈哈哈
還有演員陣容好強(qiáng),海倫米倫,連姆尼森,皇后也好漂亮,第一眼還以為是海倫米倫,結(jié)果沒(méi)想到是莫甘娜,亞瑟是典型英國(guó)臉?蘭斯洛特算法國(guó)臉?
這片子應(yīng)該按魔戒那標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拍一下,否則配樂(lè)真有點(diǎn)糟踐了。
4 ) Plot from Wikipedia
The sorcerer Merlin (Nicol Williamson) retrieves Excalibur from the Lady of the Lake for Uther Pendragon (Gabriel Byrne), who secures a brief alliance with Gorlois, the Duke of Cornwall. Uther's lust for Cornwall's wife Igrayne (Katrine Boorman) soon ruins the truce, and Merlin agrees to help Uther to seduce Igrayne on the condition that he gives Merlin whatever results from his lust. Merlin transforms Uther into Cornwall's likeness with the Charm of Making. Cornwall's daughter Morgana senses her father's mortal injury during his assault on Uther's camp; and, while Igrayne is fooled by the disguise and Uther impregnates her, Morgana sees through it, watching Uther as Cornwall dies in battle. Nine months later, Merlin takes Uther's son Arthur. Uther pursues but is mortally wounded by Gorlois' knights. Uther thrusts Excalibur into a stone, crying that "None shall wield Excalibur, but me!", and Merlin proclaims, "He who draws the sword from the stone, he shall be king."
Years later Sir Ector and his sons, Kay and Arthur (Nigel Terry) attend a jousting tournament. Sir Leondegrance (Patrick Stewart) wins the chance to try pulling Excalibur from the stone, but he fails. Kay's sword is later stolen, and Arthur pulls Excalibur from the stone while trying to replace the stolen sword. Word spreads, and Merlin announces to the crowd that Arthur is Uther's son and, hence, the rightful ruler. Leondegrance immediately proclaims his support for the new king, but not all are willing to accept. While the others argue, Merlin and Arthur enter the forest, where Merlin tells Arthur that he is the rightful king and that the king and the land are one. Overwhelmed, Arthur falls into a long sleep. When he wakes, Arthur goes to aid Leondegrance, whose castle is under siege by Arthur's enemies, led by Sir Uryens. During the battle, Arthur defeats Uryens and then demands Uryens knight him, handing him Excalibur to do so. Uryens is tempted to kill him but is deeply moved by Arthur's display of faith and decides to knight him (Merlin is stunned by something he did not foresee). Uryens falls to his knees to declare his loyalty, which leads the others to follow suit. Arthur meets Leondegrance's daughter Guinevere (Cherie Lunghi) soon afterwards and is smitten but Merlin foresees trouble.
Years later, the undefeated knight Lancelot (Nicholas Clay) blocks a bridge and will not move until he is defeated in single combat, seeking a king worthy of his sword. Lancelot defeats Arthur and his knights, so Arthur summons Excalibur's magic and defeats Lancelot but breaks Excalibur. Arthur is ashamed of abusing the sword's power to serve his own vanity and throws the sword's remains into the lake, while admitting his mistake. The Lady of the Lake offers a restored Excalibur to the king, Lancelot is revived and Arthur and his knights unify the land. Arthur creates the Round Table, builds Camelot and marries Guinevere; Lancelot confesses that he has fallen in love with her too. Arthur's half-sister Morgana (Helen Mirren), a budding sorceress and still bitter towards Arthur, becomes apprenticed to Merlin in hopes of learning the Charm of Making from him.
Lancelot stays away from the Round Table to avoid Guenevere. He meets Perceval (Paul Geoffrey), a peasant boy and takes him to Camelot to become a squire. Sir Gawain (Liam Neeson), under Morgana's influence, accuses Guinevere of driving Lancelot away, "driven from us by a woman's desire", forcing Lancelot to duel with Gawain to defend his and Guinevere's honour. The preceding night, Lancelot is attacked by himself in a nightmare and awakens to find himself wounded by his own sword. Arthur hastily knights Perceval when Lancelot is late to the duel but Lancelot appears just in time and defeats Gawain, while nearly dying from his wounds. Merlin heals him and he rides out to the forest to rest. Guenevere realises her feelings for Lancelot and they consummate their love in the forest; meanwhile, Merlin lures Morgana to his lair to trap her, suspecting that she is plotting against Arthur.
Arthur finds Guenevere and Lancelot asleep together. Heartbroken at their betrayal, he thrusts Excalibur into the ground between the sleeping couple. Merlin's magical link to the land impales him on the sword and Morgana seizes the opportunity to trap him in a crystal, with the Charm of Making. Morgana takes the form of Guinevere and seduces Arthur. On awakening to the sight of Excalibur, Lancelot flees in shame and Guinevere lies weeping.
Morgana bears a son, Mordred and a curse caused by Mordred's unnatural, incestuous origin, strikes the land with famine and sickness. A broken Arthur sends his knights on a quest for the Holy Grail, in hopes of restoring the land. Many of his knights die or are bewitched by Morgana. Morgana captures Perceval, who narrowly escapes. Perceval encounters an ugly bearded old man with armour under his tattered robes, who preaches to followers that the kingdom has fallen because of "the sin of Pride". A shocked Perceval recognises the man as Lancelot. After Perceval fails to convince Lancelot to come to Arthur's aid, Lancelot and his followers throw Perceval into a river. Perceval has a vision of the Grail, during which he realises that Arthur and the land are one. Upon answering the riddle he gains the Grail and takes it to Arthur, who drinks from it and is revitalised, as is the land, which springs into blossom.
Arthur finds Guinevere at a convent and they reconcile. She gives him Excalibur, which she has kept safe since the day she fled. Frustrated in preparation for battle against Morgana's allies, Arthur calls to Merlin, unknowingly awakening the wizard from his enchanted slumber. Merlin and Arthur have a last conversation before Merlin vanishes. The wizard then appears to Morgana as a shadow and tricks her into uttering the Charm of Making, producing a fog from the breath of the Dragon, and exhausting her own magical powers which had kept her young. She rapidly ages and her own son kills her, repulsed by the sight of his once beautiful mother now reduced to a decrepit old crone.
Arthur and Mordred's forces meet in battle, with Arthur's army benefiting from the fog that conceals their small size. Lancelot arrives unexpectedly and turns the tide of battle, later collapsing from his old, self-inflicted wound which had never healed. Arthur and Lancelot reconcile and Lancelot dies with honour. Mordred stabs Arthur with a spear but Arthur further impales himself to get closer and kills Mordred with Excalibur. Perceval refuses to carry out Arthur's dying wish, that he throw Excalibur into a pool of calm water, reasoning that the sword is too valuable to be lost. Arthur tells him to do as he commands and reassures him that one day a new king will come and the sword will return again. Perceval throws Excalibur into the pool, where the Lady of the Lake catches it. Perceval returns to see Arthur lying on a ship, attended by three ladies clad in white, sailing into the sun toward the Isle of Avalon.<a href="

5 ) 亞瑟王的四次超越
昨天看了電影《亞瑟王神劍》,亞瑟王渡過(guò)的四個(gè)挫折,代表人性的四個(gè)超越。
①亞瑟拔出神劍,到成長(zhǎng)為亞瑟王,是超越恐懼;
②亞瑟王和某武士比武作弊,又懺悔,神劍損毀又復(fù)原,是超越嗔恨;
③王后通奸,兄弟背叛,最后亞瑟王寬恕了他們,是超越我執(zhí);
④神劍入湖,亞瑟王離去,超越了“神圣”這一概念。
6 ) 那個(gè)讓人心馳神往的年代
如此史詩(shī)般的電影,不明白為什么有這么多人不待見(jiàn)。三十年前的拍攝水平,能到這個(gè)程度已相當(dāng)不易,如今即便重看星戰(zhàn),也能看出許多粗糙和幼稚。若抱著寬容的心態(tài)不去刻意挑剔那些特效布景和動(dòng)作,在這電影里能看到很多想看的內(nèi)容。那些塵封在過(guò)往里的歷史和傳說(shuō),那些糾葛纏綿的愛(ài)情故事,那些掩藏在盔甲與面罩下的激情與義氣,無(wú)不讓人心馳神往。
兩個(gè)多小時(shí)很短,放不下太多東西,但比起克里夫歐文的版本,這電影還是比較正統(tǒng)的,基本上忠實(shí)于歷史和傳說(shuō),看完之后對(duì)亞瑟王和他的圓桌騎士就能有一個(gè)初步和籠統(tǒng)的了解。
PS,如果我是格溫妮亞,我也會(huì)選擇蘭斯洛特,哈哈。
那鏡頭 那服飾 那道具 為嘛有看舞臺(tái)劇的感覺(jué)
勉強(qiáng)及格。比較老實(shí)的拍了亞瑟王的故事。80年代有代表性的劍與魔法英語(yǔ)片。如中文片名所示,電影風(fēng)格污濁又堂皇、黑暗并奇幻,因?yàn)閷ふ沂ケ鴴煸跇?shù)上的騎士腐尸、同母異父姐姐的女巫陰謀、騎士們像圣斗士一樣閃亮的白黃鎧甲、霧氣彌漫的湖面、閃耀綠光的神劍……約翰·保曼是個(gè)很鮮明的風(fēng)格家,賦予電影黑鐵時(shí)代的頹廢美學(xué)。劇情是單元式的,石中劍、圓桌騎士、圣杯等各章節(jié)之間有明顯的跳躍感,個(gè)人感覺(jué)處理這個(gè)大眾熟知的故事,拋棄劇情枝蔓,把更多精力放在關(guān)鍵場(chǎng)次氣氛的營(yíng)造上突出傳奇性是可行的。可能是為了彌補(bǔ)節(jié)奏過(guò)快,全片大量用了特寫(xiě)鏡頭強(qiáng)化人物,把觀眾注意力拉到人物面臨的具體境遇上,但有些動(dòng)作場(chǎng)面的特寫(xiě)只能解釋為省成本了,而且特寫(xiě)鏡頭放大了成年亞瑟?jiǎng)傄宦睹娴脑愀庋菁?。?chǎng)面做的還是挺大氣的,圓桌騎士什么的也很煽情,氣質(zhì)搖滾
一點(diǎn)兒時(shí)間沒(méi)浪費(fèi),平鋪直敘把亞瑟王傳奇從頭到尾講完了,最后的互捅不像高潮更類似于“我們一起把這本書(shū)合上ok”??缆宕迕裥刀肥放牡脮r(shí)而史詩(shī)時(shí)而cult,現(xiàn)代眼光去看真的笑點(diǎn)滿滿。就畫(huà)面和宗教象征而言,我好像能get到一點(diǎn)它為什么是扎克的菜,有些場(chǎng)景和打底的傳說(shuō)是很poetic,但要我尬夸也夸不出來(lái)。愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)的Morgan(竟然是海倫阿姨)和卸甲歸真的Percival是我喜歡的角色,Merlin一如既往當(dāng)?shù)?dāng)媽。2020年了,我期待有導(dǎo)演去拍Morgan傳奇。
約翰保曼在70年代后兩次失敗之后的作品。本片的分鏡依舊牛逼,拍出了一種史詩(shī)的真實(shí)性和殘酷性,消解了傳統(tǒng)的史詩(shī)冒險(xiǎn)故事之中的浪漫,只剩下了一種男人的氣息。不過(guò)因?yàn)楸旧磉€是一部“有獨(dú)特感覺(jué)”的西方英雄片,再加上過(guò)于粗糙(應(yīng)該是刻意為之),我還是只打三星。

非常獨(dú)特的黑暗魔幻史詩(shī),140分鐘時(shí)間講完了 亞瑟王人生中最具代表性的幾個(gè)時(shí)刻,乍看起來(lái)像流水賬,實(shí)則有一股精神力量貫穿全篇,攝影、服裝非常用心,幾段配樂(lè)大氣磅礴激動(dòng)人心,這是一部被低估的影片
很意識(shí)流的一部奇幻片,神劍excalibur帶來(lái)無(wú)窮的魔力。祭司,國(guó)王,美女,英雄……每個(gè)人都神神道道的
==1==BD.MiniSD-TLF 相當(dāng)優(yōu)秀的奇幻史詩(shī)巨著,感嘆震驚,唏噓膜拜,充滿了神性的光輝和古樸的尊嚴(yán)!。。
真夠暗黑詭異的,除了蘭斯洛特外其他圓桌騎士都是醬油,但醬油里有N多熟臉。Nicol Williamson和Helen Mirren這對(duì)老冤家竟然合作了,這也使梅林和莫甘娜的對(duì)手戲成為全片最大的亮點(diǎn)……三星半
即詩(shī)意又滑稽,即恢弘又簡(jiǎn)陋,既完整又跳躍,既厚重又廉價(jià),這個(gè)電影似乎不容易歸類,似乎是有舞臺(tái)史詩(shī)劇的傾向,然而又不是很在意華麗的后景,但瓦格納的音樂(lè)很配。
81年的史詩(shī)片。。。配樂(lè)倒是被人引用過(guò)無(wú)數(shù)次

據(jù)說(shuō)是完整還原原著的一部片子??墒?,實(shí)在是無(wú)力吐槽其中的各個(gè)雷點(diǎn)啊。。。劇組也許是太缺錢(qián)了,雖然忠實(shí)于中世紀(jì)的精神,但場(chǎng)景調(diào)度也好歹不能太寒酸啊。就當(dāng)老版三國(guó)演義來(lái)看吧,也是一種體驗(yàn)
昨天看了電影《亞瑟王神劍》,亞瑟王渡過(guò)的四個(gè)挫折,代表人性的四個(gè)超越。①亞瑟拔出神劍,到成長(zhǎng)為亞瑟王,是超越恐懼;②亞瑟王和某武士比武作弊,又懺悔,神劍損毀又復(fù)原,是超越嗔恨;③王后通奸,兄弟背叛,最后亞瑟王寬恕了他們,是超越我執(zhí);④神劍入湖,亞瑟王離去,超越了“神圣”這一概念。
整理修改了亞瑟王的故事并串成一條線,基本前后以石中劍和圣杯兩樣圣物劃分。做的調(diào)整差不多都在烘托亞瑟王的形象,比如劍的來(lái)源設(shè)置為自己的父親,并留下關(guān)于權(quán)力的遺言;斷劍后并沒(méi)有求劍而是仙女主動(dòng)送來(lái);提前了與妹妹亂倫的時(shí)間線,使其成為妻子出軌后的行為;還有關(guān)于獲得圣杯的關(guān)鍵也移植到了自己身上;最后大戰(zhàn)也不是和叛徒騎士,而是私生子了。但看似史詩(shī)般的神話兼具歷史的故事,總透著喜劇的味道,比如梅林就有很多搞笑的小細(xì)節(jié),而亞瑟未拔出劍之前的形象也未免太沒(méi)有氣質(zhì)了些。好的地方是盡量還原了中世紀(jì)冷兵器戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的場(chǎng)面,其中第一場(chǎng)親自上陣的戰(zhàn)役最為精彩。開(kāi)頭兩次套著神秘氣息的戰(zhàn)役,也都以大燈光從地面向上斜打加煙霧的方式營(yíng)造剪影朦朧的林間打斗。前半部分還用綠光照射盔甲營(yíng)造氣氛,至成功后換全新銀色盔甲才不再使用。
還挺不錯(cuò)的呀,場(chǎng)面,深度都有,臺(tái)詞古典。細(xì)節(jié)上欠點(diǎn)打磨,但81年的史詩(shī)電影這個(gè)水準(zhǔn)很好了。對(duì)亞瑟王的題材一向有愛(ài)?相比別的版本,這個(gè)版本更多展示命運(yùn)無(wú)常的沉郁悲涼之感,展示輝煌的傾覆而非曾經(jīng)輝煌。所以譯名定為“黑暗時(shí)代”(其實(shí)就是重新取名了,因?yàn)樵莵喩踔畡Φ拿?還是比較合適的。蘭斯洛特最后竟然瘋了,這版的蘭斯洛特和王后感覺(jué)是可悲而不是高貴。
重聽(tīng)2008年子夜書(shū)社關(guān)于亞瑟王的主題。節(jié)目里提到近些年亞瑟王的電影大多出自好萊塢,表現(xiàn)的是美國(guó)人眼中的亞瑟王——其中應(yīng)該不包括1981年的這部由英國(guó)導(dǎo)演執(zhí)導(dǎo)的《黑暗時(shí)代》。和帕索里尼對(duì)于《十日談》一樣,約翰·保曼對(duì)于亞瑟王傳奇的表現(xiàn)也力圖盡可能忠實(shí)地還原原著。全片籠罩在神話般的神秘氣息之中,在我看來(lái)依然極富魅力。騎士精神令人動(dòng)容,而他們的命運(yùn)則震撼人心。
8.5/10。亞瑟王的故事,主要講了他人生中的幾個(gè)重要時(shí)刻。影片通過(guò)很高水準(zhǔn)的攝影美術(shù)和舞臺(tái)劇般的表演風(fēng)格營(yíng)造了一種充滿神話、奇幻與黑暗史詩(shī)質(zhì)感的詩(shī)意氣質(zhì),但作為以敘事為主導(dǎo)的電影本片敘事太跳躍太片段,扣1分。(本想標(biāo)5星,但舞臺(tái)劇式表演+片段敘事導(dǎo)致間離感對(duì)我太強(qiáng),不大能融入,所以還是標(biāo)4星吧)
三十多年前的奇幻大作,配樂(lè)、道具、攝影大贊,劇情邏輯受傳說(shuō)所限當(dāng)然可笑得很。。。
很黃很暴力!大半夜看得累死……亞瑟的誕生好囧~(尤瑟說(shuō)你什么好呢 --)這一版梅林左右了亞瑟的誕生,從小一直守護(hù)著他直到被姐姐搞倒;姐姐小時(shí)候明明很美很正常,后來(lái)居然說(shuō)有就有 囧 半夜偷襲弟弟,一次就成功了……圓桌騎士出場(chǎng)很有腔調(diào),真正派上用場(chǎng)的就兩三個(gè) == 亂倫的果實(shí)雖美但精神不正常!
